Zonos

Zonos lets you sell internationally with full transparency. They partner with highly capable international shipping providers and help to produce a landed cost that is inclusive of their brokerage and other clearance fees. This landed cost means you can easily calculate duty, taxes, and other fees while maintaining control of your business and not having to bother with manual quotes.

Currently, you can integrate Zonos with ShipStation for ecommerce in Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand.

Additional Details About the Zonos Integration

  • Some merchants have their Zonos accounts connected to other ecommerce marketplaces. Zonos can send shipment information from ShipStation to Shopify and BigCommerce, but Zonos cannot automatically notify other marketplaces.

For all other marketplaces, you must manually upload the tracking number for the shipment and change the order status in the marketplace directly.

  • Harmonized Tariff Codes are not imported from Zonos to ShipStation for international orders.

In ShipStation, you can add your Harmonized Tariff Codes for your products when adding customs declarations to your orders or by editing your product records.
