How to add funds to your balance or set up auto-funding for your One Balance account in ShipStation.
To purchase labels using a One Balance carrier, you must have a positive account balance. You can add funds to your One Balance account balance manually or set ShipStation to automatically add funds once the balance reaches a specified threshold.
If you experience an error when adding funds to ShipStation One Balance, you may need to update your payment method.
Go to your account settings for ShipStation One Balance and select Update payment method.
