Connection Requirements:

An active store account with Neto/Maropost.

Your Maropost Global API Key or User Based API Key
To find the API Key on Maropost, go to
Settings & Tools > All settings & tools > API
and select the admin or user. -
Your Neto by Maropost username
When connecting using a User Based API Key, enter the username of the user that the API key belongs to.

Full store domain name / URL address of the Maropost shop.
(This will look similar to https://www.YourNetoSite.com.au/do/WS/NetoAPI)

Store Timezone
-
Weight units of the store (lbs or kg)

Must include a Ship To address.
To connect your Neto by Maropost store to ShipStation:

Log in to your Maropost store.

Go to
Settings & Tools > All settings & tools > API
and select the admin or user. -
Copy the full Store URL address for your Maropost store. Also, copy the Global API Key or the User Based API Key.
If there is not an API Key, click Regenerate.
IMPORTANT: API Key
Do not click Regenerate if an API Key already exists, or you will likely need to reset your connections to other integrations with the new API Key.

Select the Neto by Maropost tile.

Select whether you are using a Global API Key or a User Based API Key from the API key type drop-down menu.

Paste your API Key into the API key field.

Enter your Neto by Maropost username into the Username field.
When using a User Based API Key, enter the username of the user that the API key belongs to.

Enter the Full store url address, and select the correct Store Timezone and Weight units of the store.

Click Connect.
After you've completed the connection steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.
