Maropost Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • An active store account with Neto/Maropost.

  • Global Maropost API Key

    To find this on Maropost, go to Settings & Tools > Staff Users and select the admin or user.

  • Full store domain name / URL address of the Maropost shop.

    (This will look similar to https://www.YourNetoSite.com.au/do/WS/NetoAPI)

  • Store Timezone

  • Weight units of the store (lbs or kg)

Order Import Requirements:

  • Must include a Ship To address.

Connect a Maropost Store to ShipStation

To connect your Maropost store to ShipStation:

  1. Log in to your Maropost store.

  2. Go to Settings & Tools > All settings & tools > API and select the admin or user.

  3. Copy the full Store URL address for your Maropost store and copy the Global API Key.

    If there is not an API Key, click Regenerate.

    IMPORTANT: API Key

    Do not click Regenerate if an API Key already exists, or you will likely need to reset your connections to other integrations with the new API Key.

  4. Select the Neto tile.

  5. Paste your Global Neto API Key and full store URL address into their corresponding fields, then select your Store Timezone and Weight units.

  6. Click Connect.

After you've completed the connection steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.

Additional Details About the Maropost Integration

  • Maropost limits the number of API calls per API key in a minute to 500.

    Currently, it isn't possible to increase the number of requests before limiting rates.
