Canpar Express from ShipStation is a shipping carrier included with your ShipStation account. There is no need to start your own Canpar Express account ato use with ShipStation. Canpar Express from ShipStation ships to virtually all points accessible by public roads in all ten provinces of Canada.

Canpar Express from ShipStation Requirements

  • Activate ShipStation Carriers by adding your payment method.

    You'll be prompted to enter your payment method this first time you attempt to create a label with any ShipStation Carriers, or you can add in advance in either your Carrier settings or Payments & Subscription settings.

  • Add funds to your ShipStation Balance.

    All ShipStation Carrier labels are purchased using the funds in your ShipStation Balance. The first time you add your payment method, you'll be prompted to add funds so you can begin purchasing labels right away.

ShipStation manages all missing or damage claims for shipments sent with Canpar Express from ShipStation. Do not contact Canpar Express support to file a claim.

To file a claim for a missing or damaged shipment:

  2. Fill in all the required fields and submit the form when complete.

Additional Details about Canpar Express from ShipStation

  • Canpar Express from ShipStation does not support scheduling pickups with the ShipStation pickup scheduler. However, you can schedule pickups with the Canpar Express Pick up on Demand scheduler.

  • You cannot void labels after they have been manifested.

  • ShipStation only supports the thermal label layout (4" x 6"), not the integrated label layout (8.5" x 11").

  • There is no support for a Ship To address line 3. However, your Ship From can have address line 3.

  • Canpar does not support the Company Name field.

  • Carrier Insurance Rate Fee is not included in the estimated rate or in the Rate Feed

  • To receive a refund on any unused funds in your ShipStation balance, you must contact ShipStation support and request your ShipStation Balance be cancelled. You will then receive a refund on your balance in 6-8 weeks.

    We cannot issue partial refunds on your balance. If you wish to continue using ShipStation Carriers, simply use the balance available in your account.
