Explains how to save filters and other custom layout details in a reusable view for quick access.
Custom Views are a saved collection of filters, columns, and column sequences. Use custom views to more quickly manage your orders in ShipStation.
To create a custom view:

Select the filter(s) you want from the filter bar.
ShipStation automatically adds a Custom View above the filter menus with a number indicating how many orders match that filter.

Add or remove grid columns by clicking the Columns button (top-right corner) and selecting or deselecting columns in the Manage Columns pop-up window.

Change your column sequence by dragging and dropping the column headers.

Click the Custom View tab Click to Save option.

Enter a view name in the Save View pop-up and click Save View.
You can now select the saved view at any time to view only the orders that match your criteria. You can have an unlimited number of saved views. They are also available to all users in your ShipStation account.
To switch between views, simply click the view you'd like to see. The filters active in that view will appear to the right of the filter bar.

Adding, removing, and changing the column sequence within a view is automatically saved by ShipStation and will only affect the view you are in, so you can have custom columns and column sequence for each saved view.
Add or remove a filter for a custom view, and ShipStation will add this as a new View.

Click the view you wish to edit.

Add or remove a filter for this view.

To remove a single filter, click the filters applied count.

To remove all filters, click Clear Filters .
The demonstration below shows individual filters being added and removed.

Click the view you wish to edit.

Hover your mouse over the saved filter's title and click the pencil icon
when it appears to edit the view name.

Type the new name into the View Name field and click Save View when finished.

Click Delete this View and then Delete View on the next pop-up to delete a Saved View.
This clever tool helps if you want a particular column to remain in stationary view when you scroll the grid from side to side.

Click the Columns button located in the top-right corner of the grid.
This will open the Manage Columns pop-up menu.

Hover over any selected column options in the Manage Columns pop-up (ones that appear in your grid). Click Pin Column in the Manage Columns menu to set your first column.
Currently, ShipStation allows you to pin only two columns at once. To select alternate columns, you will first need to unpin one of the first two.
If you are using ShipStation Legacy, the process to create a custom saved view is a little different and has some limitations not present in the new layout.
Save up to 5 Custom Views
ShipStation Legacy allows you to save up to 5 views. These views are available to all users on your account.
If you'd like the option to have unlimited custom views, try ShipStation's new layout!
To create a saved view with a filter, a customized column format, and sort order:

Select the filter(s) you want from the filter drop-down menus.
Or, choose a saved filter from the Saved Filters menu.
ShipStation will indicate your selected filters in the filter bar.

Click Views in the left-hand sidebar and then choose + Save Current View.

Name your view and click the green checkmark to save it.
You can then set this as your user's default view, rename it, or duplicate it by clicking on the View Settings icon (blue gear) next to the name of the saved view. Different users can set different views as their default.
To switch between views, simply click the view you'd like to see.
Any active filters will be highlighted in the filters bar. You can then adjust your sort order and column sequence as needed and this will automatically be saved in the view for your user.
