How to use filters and custom views on the Shipments page in ShipStation to locate shipments records that match your specified criteria.
Filters allow you to view shipments that match only your selected criteria, like Store, Marketplace, Carrier, Ship From, and others. Combining filters is a powerful way to quickly view shipments that you need to prioritize or give special attention.
By default, Recent shipments have their shipDate filter set to the last 14 days. In Transit, Delivered, and Delivery Exceptions have a shipDate filter set to 30 days.
Click a filter drop-down (for example: Carrier).
Select the filter criteria you wish to filter by and set the criteria and any applicable qualifiers.
To remove a single filter, click the filter and choose Remove.
To remove all filters, click Clear Filters (to the right of the filter bar).
You can save the custom view for future use. Review the Create Custom View section below for details.
Create and save customized views to quickly view shipments that match your saved filter criteria.
A Custom View can include a set of filters, columns, and custom column sequence.
Select the filter(s) you want from the filter drop-down menus.
ShipStation automatically adds a Custom View above the filter menus with a number indicating how many orders match that filter.
Add or remove grid columns by clicking the Columns button (top-right of the screen) and selecting or deselecting columns from the list.
Drag and drop the column headers to change the column sequence.
Click the Custom View tab Click to Save option
Enter a view name in the Save View pop-up and click Save View.
You can now select the saved view at any time to view only the orders that match your criteria. Saved views are available to all users on your ShipStation account.
To switch between views, simply click the view you'd like to see. The filters active in that view will display in the filter bar.
Click the view you wish to edit.
Hover your mouse over the saved filter's title and click the pencil icon to edit the view name.
Type the new name into the View Name field and click Save View when finished.
If you wish to delete the view instead, click Delete this View and then Delete View in the next pop-up.
