ShipStation's My Profile page displays profile information for the user you are logged in as.
In the My Profile page, you can update your user account's full name and email address, opt in to ShipStation's weekly digest email, and change your user account's password.
To update your profile information or change your password:
Edit the information you wish to change, then click the appropriate button to either Update Profile or Change Password.
Access to this screen will depend on the permissions and restrictions applied to your user. If you are unable to access this screen, please contact your ShipStation account administrator.
Click Forgot my password on the login page.
Enter either your user email address or username and click Send Reset Link, as shown here:
ShipStation will then send an email to the email address you entered, or the email address associated with the username you entered.
Open that email and follow the included instructions to log in to ShipStation.
Username vs Email Address
If there are multiple usernames associated with the same email address, we recommend entering your username, to ensure ShipStation resets the password for the correct user.
If this process doesn't work for you, or if you don't receive the password reset email, please contact support.
To change the password for all usernames on your ShipStation account, you must have admin privileges associated with your username.
Click Edit next to the username whose password you'd like to change.
Enter the new password and confirm it.
You can also edit the full name and email address associated with a username in the Information tab.
Usernames Cannot Be Changed
You cannot change the username itself. To change a username, you'll need to create a new user and set the old one to inactive.
Click Save once you've made your changes.
If you are still unable to reset your password, please have the ShipStation account holder or authorized administrator contact support. After confirming certain account information, our support agents can reset user passwords.
