Steps to try if a selling channel does not appear to be receiving shipment notifications from ShipStation.
Follow the troubleshooting steps below when shipment details do not update in your store or marketplace after printing labels in ShipStation:
Check the notification status in the Shipments grid to verify that the notification was sent and delivered successfully.
The Marketplace Notified column in the Shipments grid will show whether the marketplace notification has been sent yet, was sent and delivered successfully, or was sent and returned an error message.
View the Marketplace Notified status for the shipment(s) that have not been updated in your store or marketplace.

Things to Know
If the notification has not been sent yet, check the Delayed Notifications setting for the store to see if it is configured to delay sending the notifications.
The default notification setting is to send the marketplace notification as soon as the label is created. However, it is possible to configure ShipStation to delay sending the notification.
You can attempt to manually send the notifications from the Shipments tab by selecting the shipment(s) and then clicking the Notify Marketplace button.
Check the troubleshooting section of the integrations help guide specific to your selling channel. Some notification errors are selling channel specific and can tell you exactly what went wrong with the notification. The integration's help guide may provide detailed help on how to resolve the issue.
Check to see if the Do not notify marketplace option is enabled for the shipment(s).
This setting, found in the Other Shipping Options for the order, will prevent ShipStation from updating the selling channel, even if you try to resend the notification. You must disable this setting for ShipStation to notify the selling channel.
