How to add a Turbify (formerly Yahoo! Merchant Solutions) store to ShipStation, what features are available, and other need-to-know details.
Turbify (formerly Yahoo! Store, and Yahoo! Merchant Solutions) allows you to build, host, and manage your online store. The ShipStation integration with Turbify Merchant Solutions lets you compile and manage orders from each of your marketplaces, work with a network of carrier integrations, and process up to 500 labels at a time for a batch.

Why you should enter a First Order ID to Import
If you have an established store with a lot of history, we highly recommend that you enter a value in the First order ID to import field.
If this is not set, ShipStation will attempt to import all Turbify orders on the initial import. After the initial import, only new orders will be imported.
After you've completed the connection steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.
-
Unless you reconfigure your store and set a new First Order ID to Import value, Turbify Store orders are only exposed to ShipStation a single time. If you update the order in Turbify Store after it's already imported into ShipStation, ShipStation will not receive the updated information.
-
As a security measure, Turbify Store requires that Contract Token be renewed yearly. Review Turbify's Renew API Token article for details. Once you have a new token, you must reconfigure the Turbify Store's connection in ShipStation.
