How to add a Reverb store to ShipStation, what features are available, and other need-to-know details.
Reverb is an ecommerce marketplace where musicians buy and sell their new, used, and vintage instruments and gear. ShipStation imports your Reverb customer shipping data, item SKUs, names, prices and images, and then updates shipment tracking information back to Reverb.

Connection Requirements:

An active seller account with Reverb.

Your Reverb username, API Key/Token, and URL to your XML Page
When logged in to Reverb, go to My Shops > Shipping to gather connection credentials (or use this link to log in to Reverb).
Order Import Requirements:

Include a Ship To address.
To connect your Reverb store to ShipStation:

Log in to your Reverb account here.

Go to
My Shop > Shipping
, or click this link to go directly to Reverb's selling page. -
Click the Generate ShipStation Token button at the bottom of the page.

Select the Reverb tile.

Enter Your Reverb username, API Key/Token, and URL to your XML Page.
Tip
The URL to your XML Page should be formatted like this:

https://reverb.com/shop/[Your Reverb Shop Name]/ship_station

After you've completed the connection steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.
