Keep this in mind about ShipStation's integration with Groupon Goods:
Groupon Goods orders are only exposed to ShipStation a single time. If you update the order in Groupon Goods after it's already imported into ShipStation, the updates will not be sent to ShipStation.
ShipStation will only import Groupon Goods orders that have not already been Exported. If another third-party service is exporting Groupon Goods orders, that can prevent ShipStation from receiving them.
ShipStation considers any weight value from Groupon Goods to be in ounces.

How to troubleshoot or resolve |
---|---|
Why isn't this Groupon Goods order importing into ShipStation? |
The most common reason why an order does not import into ShipStation is that it's already listed as Exported in Groupon Goods. This can happen if you have another third-party service connected to Groupon that is exporting the order, or it can happen if you run a manual export from within Groupon. If you're not sure how your Groupon Goods orders are being exported prior to ShipStation attempting to fetch them, we recommend you contact Groupon Goods directly to investigate who's getting your data first. |
