Etsy merchants work with recycled, handmade, and otherwise “artsy” wares to sell their products. Their ecommerce community benefits both sellers and their clientele with a well-updated blog, in-app notes from buyers, coupon codes, discount amounts, and carrier tracking information.
An active seller account with Etsy.
Etsy username and password (login is case sensitive in the ShipStation popup).

Follow the steps below to connect your Etsy store to ShipStation:
Connecting to multiple Etsy stores?
If you're connecting multiple Etsy stores to ShipStation, we recommend you log out of any active Etsy sessions before connecting the accounts.
Select the Etsy tile.
Enter your Etsy Username, then click Find My Shops. This field is case sensitive.
If you don't know your Etsy Username, perform a People Search on Etsy to locate yourself, then click on your name in the search results to pull up your Etsy user profile.
Alternatively, perform a Shops Search on Etsy to locate your store, then click the name of the Shop Owner to pull up your Etsy user profile.
Your Etsy username will be visible at the end of the profile URL:
Select the store you want to connect from the Available Shops dropdown.
At this point, you'll be redirected to Etsy to confirm access for ShipStation. If you're not already logged into Etsy, you'll be prompted to login. On the next page, click Allow Access to grant ShipStation access to your Etsy store.
After you've completed the above steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.

Keep this in mind about ShipStation's integration with Etsy:
Etsy Wholesale orders will not import into ShipStation.
ShipStation is not able to identify Gift orders from Etsy.
ShipStation is not able to identify when Etsy orders are cancelled. If an Etsy order is cancelled, we recommend that you cancel the ShipStation version of the order.
If an order is Sold In Person, ShipStation will use the item's name as both the name and SKU for the product.

Why am I getting a "(404) Not Found error" when trying to connect ShipStation to Etsy?
This error typically means that the username that is being entered into ShipStation is incorrect, or is incorrectly formatted. See our note in Step 5 of the Connect an Etsy store to ShipStation section for details on where to find your Etsy username.
This field is case sensitive, so make sure you're using the username exactly as it appears on Etsy.
