Feature

Description

Displays ChannelAdvisor Inventory counts

ShipStation can display ChannelAdvisor inventory stock count in the order details, as long as ChannelAdvisor is set as the Inventory Source for your Ship From Location.

Tags orders based on Distribution Center

ShipStation will automatically tag ChannelAdvisor orders based on the Distribution Center for the order.

To use this feature, you must first create a tag with a Tag Name that matches the Distribution Code for your ChannelAdvisor Distribution Center.

Manage Tags pop-up. Red box highlights Tag labeled Los Angeles. Red arrow points to button: +Add Tag.

By default, ShipStation will only import orders if all the products have the same distribution center to prevent duplicate shipments with other ChannelAdvisor integrations. Contact ShipStation Support if you wish to change this setting and import all orders.

When the Channel Advisor store is set to import all orders, any order containing items from more than one distribution center will include their respective distribution-center tags.

Imports Dimensions

When importing orders, ShipStation will attempt to pull the product dimensions from ChannelAdvisor and use that as the Size for the order. This setting only effects single item orders with a quantity of one.

Imports Ship By Date

ChannelAdvisor can import a Ship By Date.

ChannelAdvisor Support-Enabled Available Features

In addition to the features listed above, you can enable the following settings for your ChannelAdvisor store via the ShipStation User Success team.
