We have identified an issue where an Automation Rule with the action to apply a confirmation type of Direct Signature (FedEx only) no longer functioned properly. The change we've made to address this issue means any rule with this action must be manually updated to a new action.
Once updated, the rule should apply properly to all new orders that import or are created in your account. If you need the rule to apply to orders already in the Awaiting Shipment status, click the Reprocess Automation Rules button once you have updated the rule as described below.
To update your Automation Rule:

Locate the rule meant to apply the FedEx Direct Signature confirmation type and choose Edit from the Action menu.

Update the Request Confirmation drop-down menu from Select one... to Verbal (UPS) / Direct Signature (FedEx) (the Action Type menu should still say Request Confirmation, so no update is needed there).

Save your changes.
All new orders that meet the rule criteria should now have the confirmation type properly applied. If you need the rule to apply to orders already in the Awaiting Shipment status, click the Reprocess Automation Rules button.
