Enable Commercial Invoice Generation
International shippers should reach out to Aramex to ensure that commercial invoice generation is enabled on your Aramex International account so that commercial invoices can be generated when creating international shipping labels in ShipStation.
To connect your Aramex International account to ShipStation:

Your Carriers Add-On
Certain plans will require enabling the Your Carriers add-on before you can connect your carrier accounts. If you have not yet enabled it, you'll be prompted to do so before you can connect your accounts.

Select the Aramex tile and click Connect.

Enter your Aramex International Username, Password, Account Number, Account PIN, Account Entitiy, and Account Country Code.

Click Connect.

Up to 3 label messages can be added and will appear in the Remarks section of the shipping label, separated by a comma. However, there is only one line available on the printed label for Remarks. Longer messages may be truncated.

Aramex requires the full ship to address and customs information in order to return a rate to ShipStation. Therefore, rates will only be displayed in the Configure Shipment Widget and not when using the Rate Calculator.
