Your Rivo Username or API Key, Password or Key ID, and Platform.

Package weight and dimensions are required to create a Rivo label.
To connect your Rivo account to ShipStation:

Your Carriers Add-On
Certain plans will require enabling the Your Carriers add-on before you can connect your carrier accounts. If you have not yet enabled it, you'll be prompted to do so before you can connect your accounts.

Select the Rivo tile and click Connect.

Enter your Rivo Username or API Key, Password or Key ID, and Platform. Rivo will provide you with your account credentials and the data to enter in the Platform field.

Click Connect.

Rivo shipments can have maximum dimensions of 50” x 30” x 30” and weight up to 66 lb.

Rivo rates returned in ShipStation include surcharges and other fees from the carrier.

Unused Rivo labels do not need to be voided. You are charged for Rivo labels when they are first scanned by the carrier, and Rivo labels expire 30 days after the creation date if they are not scanned.
